Kerala Ayurveda & Wellness Tour Package Itinerary
- Airport pickup. Scenic drive to Munnar with waterfall stops. Check into a nature resort. Evening Ayurvedic welcome massage (30 min relaxation treatment) at the resort spa. Overnight in Munnar
Morning tea garden visit and tea tasting. Drive to Thekkady. Afternoon spice plantation walking tour — learn about the medicinal uses of turmeric, pepper, and cardamom in Ayurveda. Evening Periyar Lake boat cruise. Overnight in Thekkady.
Drive to Kumarakom (130 km). Check into an Ayurveda resort on Vembanad Lake (we recommend a NABH-accredited property). Afternoon: doctor consultation and personalized Abhyanga (oil massage) treatment. Evening at leisure by the lake. Overnight in Kumarakom.
- Full day dedicated to Ayurveda. Morning Shirodhara treatment (warm oil poured on the forehead for deep relaxation). Afternoon Pizhichil (warm oil bath therapy). Yoga session at sunrise or sunset.
