Reservation / Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be effective from the date they are received by us. The cancellation charges are as follows:
Refund Policy Based on Cancellation Timing:
- 45 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a full refund (100%). A service charge of ₹2000 per person will be applicable.
- 21 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 70% refund.
- 14 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 40% refund.
- 7 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 20% refund.
- Within 7 Days of the Event: No refunds will be issued.
If you wish to reschedule due to personal reason, there would be a ₹2000 fee for rescheduling.
